Description
Inspired by the Helles Lagerbiers of Munich and
the Kölsch biers of Cologne, this beer is a hybrid
of two of our favourite Lager-style brews.
The use of Munich malt adds a delicate touch of
sweetness to an otherwise crisp, bright Lager.
Kölsch yeast introduces a light fruity note, which
compliments the herbal, spicy aromas of the
noble hops.
