Description
For our collaboration with Rigg & Furrow, we brewed a pale ale using raw barley and oats from their farmland. A blend of Saison and Kveik yeast strains were used to give a layer of citrus and spice to the flavour. Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc to enhance the aroma of the yeast. BBE 06/22
