Description
One that’s sure to satisfy any pilsner purist, we’ve aimed to make this crisp, golden lager as close to that which you might find in Bohemia. We spent a long time sourcing the finest Pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops and Weihenstephan yeast to bring you this remarkably balanced beer. What we didn’t spend a long time looking for however, was the perfect water to bring it to life. Just up hill from us is Glen Isla, which provides us with that which is almost identical to the water used in Pilsen. The result is a perfectly rounded balance of thirst-quenching malt sweetness and soft rounded bitterness.
