Founded in the autumn of 2020, Walkie Talky Brewing Co. aims to become one of the top craft breweries in Scotland amplifying classic ale styles with a Post-Punk mindset. The founders met on the Brewing and Distilling Masters course at Heriot-Watt University in 2019 and want to share what they've learned about making, and their continued passion for enjoying, a great pint of beer which is showcased in WTBCo.'s first release, ONE-er Hazy Blonde Ale, released in August 2021. Looking to open its first taproom in Edinburgh in 2022, WTBCo. aims to share their core values of producing consistently outstanding craft beer, delivering fantastic customer service and creating a diverse, inclusive workplace for all.
