Housed in an 18th century threshing barn just outside Henley-on-Thames, our four gleaming 300l copper alembic stills are heated over open flames, controlled and guided by one of the youngest Master Distillers in the country - Jacob Wilson - to produce contemporary spirits whose roots are firmly planted in traditional, hand-crafted methods.
There are no industrial rectifying columns here and nothing is chill-filtered meaning all the flavour from the botanical extracts and essential oils remain pure, thus creating premium-quality artisan spirits that have picked up a multitude of medals in their first two years. Named 'Best New Distillery' at The Gin Guide Awards 2022, we are energised and driven to continue creating award-winning spirits without compromise but with passion and quality at our heart.
