Founded in 2017, we brew amongst the hills of the Cairngorms in Highland Perthshire. Brewing year-round, we create, collaborate and innovate with our core range and ultra-small batch limited edition brews. We support local agriculture, growers and communities by brewing with locally-grown ingredients wherever we can, and our recipes reduce both food waste and food miles, whilst our spent grain feeds local livestock. We want to set a strong example of how business should be, one great beer at a time.

Say hi to Wasted Degrees, the multi-award winning renewables-powered craft brewery from Highland Perthshire. From a homebrew kit in their parent's garage 8 years ago, brothers Conall and Jack Low now brew up to 25,000 litres of beer each month and export to 13 countries. Now Perthshire's largest independent brewery, their high quality & innovative craft beers, and carbon conscious operating model, has recently seen the brewery win the accolade of 'Best IPA in Scotland' from the UK's largest beer & brewing trade body, The Society of Independent Brewers. With a core range of three (Helles Lager, American Pale and Amber Rye) and an ever changing line-up of up to 10 other beers, Wasted Degrees offers a diverse proposition to suit both retail, bar and restaurant settings.
From Lager to Barrel-aged stout, Wasted Degrees offers a wide range of beers to satisfy the craft beer drinker and lager drinker alike.
Choose from a core range of 3 beers (Helles Lager, American Pale and the award winning Amber Rye voted 3rd best amber beer in the UK) and an everchanging line-up of up to 10 other beers of varying styles. You'll even find the occasional unusual beer from the pages of history, such as Evergreen Amber, brewed with Scottish spruce tips, for a floral, luscious aroma. Our barrel-aged range offers stronger experience for those who seek a more substantial and premium brew.
