We love to pair US and UK hop varieties to bring interesting new flavour profiles to our beers. We have made it our mission to support forward-thinking UK farmers and give exposure to the new varieties of locally-grown hops.

Our brew team combines experience from the UK and US market with Pete who is from the UK hop heritage area: Kent and James who brings experience from the Los Angeles craft beer scene.
