Focused on seasonal, barrel aged and mixed fermentation beer. Based in beautiful mid Wales.
We either ferment our beers clean and rack fresh, or barrel age in our growing stable of wine and whisky barrels before blending. Most of the heavy lifting is performed by our workhorse Bordeaux barrels with a little help from various Brett strains, but we also like the variety we get from some American Oak Bourbon and French Oak White Wine barrels.
