The Small Beer Brew Co. is the world's first brewery to specialise exclusively in the production of small beer (0.5-2.8%ABV).
In the quest for quality and flavour, rather than resting on experience and brewing know-how, they revised the entire brew process from start to finish, and in doing so designed a bespoke kit that would allow them to maximise the flavour profiles delivered by each ingredient, and minimise the alcohol produced throughout the brew.
