Brothers Jonathan and Alexander Neil own and operate several bars in Yorkshire and, like many others, found themselves at a turning point during the pandemic. With the bars closed and the bills still mounting, they had to pivot the on-trade business they established over many years and started on a journey producing spirits, liqueurs, and bottled cocktails that they delivered by hand to the thirsty and curious drinking public of Yorkshire.
Nearly four years later, we have a range of award-winning gins and liqueurs that we’re proud to showcase. Each drink tells its own story, from Wolfe Bros’ small-batch gins inspired by Yorkshire’s history to Bonomi Vodka’s link to Leeds’ architectural heritage, Thomas Green’s nod to 19th-century coffee houses, and Pico’s celebration of Mexican and Yorkshire craftsmanship.
