Our cider is made only from top quality, ripe apples, that we harvest from the ground by hand in local orchards. We press them in small batches in our cider shed and are proud to say that we don't outsource any part of the cider making process, so have complete control over quality.

We have won a number of awards for our cider. The ones we are most proud of are five bronze awards from the IWSC.

Our speciality is unsweetened cider, and we are particularly fascinated by ciders made from a single apple variety, enabling the drinker to discern the distinctive taste characteristics of a variety. Looking to the future, we have planted a new orchard on our farm, including various old Dorset varieties of traditional cider apple trees.
