We’re a small family business without investors snapping at us to cut costs so we can afford to brew in a traditional way with nutritious organic ingredients. We’re not forced to pasteurise, add processed sweeteners like Stevia/Erythritol or use marketing shizzle to cover any misgivings. This allows us to experiment and play until we create honest Kombucha that speaks for itself - full of flavour, body and goodness.
Winning a Great Taste Award in our first year was fab but customer feedback - beats everything else. In fact, we read aloud every single product review in our daily meetings and because we’re such a small team we know that we have all played an important role in making that customer happy. We can also act fast on any constructive feedback, which makes coming to work every day a total joy.
