We launched in summer 2021 gipsy brewing around the UK whilst being based in Hackney. We have now settled in Stirlingshire and are working on opening our own brew-site. Since launch we have won over 35 beer awards and being nominated for brewer of the year by the British Guild of Beer Writers. The team consists of Matty and his dog Max and together they are working to bring a range of beers from 0.5% to normal strength with a particular focus on trying to recreate big beer styles at sessionable ABV levels.
