Serious Brewing is an independent microbrewery based in Rochdale, owned and run by husband and wife, Ken and Jenny Lynch. We produce both real ale in cask and 'real ale in a bottle' with our bottle-conditioned beers. We are passionate about our beers and take great care and time over each brew using only the highest quality ingredients.
We have been brewing since 2015 and supply beer to many pubs, including
CAMRA award-winning pubs, on a regular basis.
Our Moonlight Stout and Goldrush are both winners in the CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain North West Regional Finals 2022, winning third and second place respectively in their categories. Our Moonlight Stout in bottles won second place in the CAMRA Champion Bottled Beer of Britain North West Regional Final.
