Welcome to the Brewery of St Mars of the Desert, a small family-owned brewery in the incredible beer city of Sheffield. We brew modern beers inspired by traditional brewing methods, on a 10HL brewing system with koelship and 3bar-rated conical fermenters.
Our beer stands at the spot where old brewing tradition and modern savvy collide. We are craft brewers, originally from America where we ran the successful Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project from 2008-2016. This is a continuation of that creative approach to brewing but in the perfect setting: a small brewery of our own design with a funky taproom for you to visit and get to know our beers feet from where they were made.
