There's nothing off-the-wall about our recipes; just simple, honest, great tasting beers that result in good things being said about them - and to date we have a loyal following within the local community, which is now spreading further afield.

With the New River flowing past our backyard, we have a constant source of inspiration. Our beer names are themed around it, our logo features an interpretation of the landmark New Gauge House near Ware and our pump clips feature wildlife, flora and architectural images that tell the story of the New River's journey into London.
