Started in 2012 with a 4 BBL brewery in the back of the award winning Red Lion Inn, Cricklade.
A 1BBL experimental plant was added shortly after our 4BBL was comissioned to enable us to create unique batches of Experimental beers.
It soon became apparent that demand exceeded supply and as a result a 10BBL plant was installed in Swindon for servicing restaurants, pubs and bars. Hop Kettle Swindon and Hop Kettle Cricklade have their own brands, beers, styles and yeasts so there is no crossover between the products produced.
