London's Elephant and Castle Brewery's India Pale Ale is a unique beer, very refreshing and chocked full of late edition hops, finished with dry hops to extract a powerful citrus and tropical aroma.
We wanted to make a distinctive, traditional style of IPA and much experimentation went into getting the style to our liking.
