Definitive Brewing was formed in 2017 by a group of friends and family all with ties to Lake Cobbosseecontee in Manchester, ME.
To many, ‘Definitive’ means to reach a conclusion decisively and with authority.
At Definitive Brewing we encompass this meaning as we strive to make amazing beer, continually innovating, determined to make each batch better than the last. Our name serves as a reminder to us every day that our beer will never be perfect, but that we must strive for perfection in order to provide your customers and ours with the most memorable drinking experience possible.
