Dawkins Ales has been a leader in fresh reliable Cask ale in Bristol and surrounding areas. In the last few years the expansion into a newer larger site in Easton, Bristol has meant the production of bottle and keg conditioned beer. This has allowed for a greater range of styles and flavours to keep up with both modern and traditional trends.
Glen Dawkins acquired Matthews Brewing Co in 2010, based at a farm workshop estate in the village of Timsbury, a few miles outside Bath.
Dawkins Ales quickly became a reliable presence not only in the five award-winning pubs already owned by Glen Dawkins but by many great freehouses in the area.
With the addition of a larger site in Bristol the company has begun to expand with more opportunity and potential on the Horizon.
