Coming from home brewing roots, experimentation is at the heart of what we do. Embracing new ingredients and techniques as well as adapting brewing heritage to produce an ever changing roster of beers. Focusing on process, we strive to perfection; always evolving, experimenting with flavour and learning as we go.
Our core range of beers build our strong foundation - So.LA a 4.5% Hazy West Coast Pale, Verve a 4.6% Pilsner, Orbital a 3.4% Super Session Pale and Velveteen a 4.8% Choc Milk Stout.
In our vibrant tap room, located just outside Salisbury, you’ll find 20 draft lines showcasing our beers with exclusive small batch releases thrown in. We host popular events including brewery tours, quiz nights and comedy evenings with local street food vendors visiting at weekends. We pick only the best street food to go alongside our beer.
As well as supplying our wonderful local community, our beer travels across the UK and Europe via distribution partners and across the world on Cunard Cruise Ships. We brew Cunard’s three house beers, Cunard Red, Cunard Black and Cunard Gold.
