Colemans Cider Company
Yorkshire and North East England
The Company was established in 2015 by a group of likeminded friends, some of whom hail from the home of Cider in the West Country and found there was an abundance of apples in Yorkshire that would be perfect for making an Eastern Counties Cider.
The Company is driven by a strong commitment to using local fruits, environmental sustainability and the use of solely natural ingredients. As it has continued to grow, Colemans has become more than the cottage industry it began as and in 2019 Jodie and Steve, two of the founding members, committed to running the company full time in order to focus on producing a real Craft Yorkshire Cider to be proud of. They have devoted their time since taking on the company to refining the products and creating a variety of ciders to suit all tastes. All the ciders made by Colemans are naturally still and are fermented using 100% juice over a longer period to create a real cider made from real apples and contain absolutely no concentrates. With a nod to being conscious of sugar content, the ciders at least 70% lower in sugar compared to other major producers. They can normally be found at the Cider Shed, which also has a fully licensed bar and where customers can see the whole process of cider making and learn how our ciders are made before sampling the full range.
