Castle Rock has been brewing in the heart of Nottingham since 1997. We brew an eclectic range of beers ranging from the traditional, to the modern, to the boundary-pushing and our approach is meticulous and dynamic – we maintain what works but at the same time progress with new styles and processes. We use a unique strain of Hardy & Hanson’s wet yeast which we have maintained for many years, and it’s this yeast that gives most Castle Rock beers their unique flavour profile.
