Based in our brewhouse and tasting room in the heart of Liverpool's UNESCO World Heritage Waterfront, Carnival Brewing Company creates vibrant, interesting and sometimes unusual small batch beer. We are inspired by the resources we have available to us; we explore interesting flavour combinations, experimental yeast and grist combinations and beer ageing. Our aim is to follow our instincts, and create exceptional beers, which celebrate heritage, science, development of new ingredients and the people who have inspired us along the way.
