CA 'DEL BRADO was born from a very precise idea: the Brassicola winery . We take care of the fermentation and refinement of malt must, through maturation in wooden vats with different characteristics. We believe that developing beer products of this type - with an ancient tradition , but also with many possibilities for experimentation- is a natural extension of Italian craftsmanship, rich in typical local products and with a profound culture in the world of wine. In fact, within our borders woodworking (with large coopers and the consolidated use of this material in refinements) and the vast world of winemaking (which makes barrels of variegated fermenting floras) constitute a rich, fascinating heritage and unique, which we are pleased to have, as a background of our activity.

Ca 'del Brado takes care of the transformation of the product from must to beer by studying the recipes and with dedicated fermentations (propagation and inoculation of classic yeasts and the stimulation of wild yeasts) in addition to refinements and maturation in barrels of different types. These methods therefore make our production site a laboratory similar to a wine cellar.
