Brewing flavour-filled and sometimes challenging beer, but without unnecessary additives, it’s no surprise that founding brothers (in law) Tim, Tim and Felix think of the brewery as being the moment ‘Tradition meets revolution’!
While loving to experiment with new ingredients and old styles, they also believe that at the end of a hard day’s work “beer must be beer”.
