A small, independent brewery based in the Ouseburn Valley, Byker, with our own Bar & Kitchen, Brinkburn St. has a passion for creating and serving great-tasting, locally brewed beer. Our mission is to spread the word about the wonders of craft beer, to make friends, build a community and bring people together.

Founded by Managing Director Lee Renforth in 2015, Brinkburn St.Brewery brews a wide range of top quality ales from a 2.2% table beer - The Self Temperation Society - through to stronger IPAs like Ford Street at 4.7% and hop bombs such as Hop Gremlin at 5.6% - to rich high-strength porters and stouts like House of the Rising Sun Imperial (10%) and Clandestine (11%).
