At Black Isle, we’re Scotland’s only organic brewery and make world-class beers using the finest organic malt and hops. Just as nature intended, our ingredients are grown without the use of chemicals, making our beer better for you and the planet.
On our beautiful, wild home in the Scottish Highlands, we have a herd of Hebridean sheep, as well as horses and even our own house cow. Our processes are interconnected; the animals on the farm eat the spent grain, and we grow herbs and vegetables too, which we use in the kitchen at Black Isle Bar in Inverness.
